Welcome to Web Design Academy. By accessing our platform and enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
1. Nature of Service
Web Design Academy provides financial education and counseling based on architectural design principles. We are not a registered investment advisory firm, and we do not manage client funds directly. Our service is designed to empower individuals with the technical knowledge required to design their own financial structures. All decisions made based on our curriculum are the sole responsibility of the student.
2. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, blueprints, templates, calculators, and the "Wealth Design Methodology," are the exclusive intellectual property of Web Design Academy. Enrolled students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own personal financial design. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of Academy materials is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of structural integrity.
3. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment fees are due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been formally drafted and signed. Access to digital modules is granted immediately upon successful payment. Retainer-based tiers (Master Designer) require a one-year commitment to ensure the structural continuity of the architectural advice provided.
4. Student Responsibility
Accuracy of the "Site Survey" depends entirely on the accuracy of the data provided by the student. Web Design Academy is not responsible for structural flaws in a financial blueprint that result from incomplete or inaccurate information provided during the design phase.
5. Limitation of Liability
Financial markets are subject to "economic weather" that is beyond the control of any architect. While we design for high structural integrity, Web Design Academy does not guarantee specific market returns or outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Charlotte, NC.
